Recently, I had the privilege of collaborating with Emily Spaeth, Founder and Owner of Be Well Baby PDX for a photoshoot. Be Well Baby PDX is so much more than a service provider—it’s a sanctuary for parents navigating the transformative journey of parenthood. From preconception care to the precious first year of a baby’s life, Emily and her team offer holistic, thoughtful, and compassionate support through education, one-on-one sessions, group classes, lactation consulting, baby massage classes, and much more.

One of the most striking aspects of working with Emily is her gentleness. Her approach is infused with a deep understanding of the unique needs of parents and babies during this pivotal time in their lives. This was beautifully evident during the first photoshoot with Lauren, a new mother, and her twin babies, Max and Quincy. The session was intimate and heartfelt, reflecting the very essence of Be Well Baby PDX’s mission.
